On Our Paths: Healing Work and Retreats
At its core, liberation is intimately linked to our healing; personal, collective, and ancestral. We create spaces grounded in our understanding of trauma, oppression, and healing practices. These retreats are spaces to reflect, connect, bring ourselves back home to ourselves, and renew a commitment to our own healing. We know that the practices of honoring our ancestors, art as medicine, rest as dignity, and the creation of communities of belonging with each other are critical to dreaming about similar spaces at scale. Healing retreats are an opportunity to have the following created and held for you:

• Deepening our understanding of trauma, power, and relational dynamics
• Honoring the sacred through the co-creation of ritual and altar space
• Art, storytelling, song, and dance
• Nurturing and nourishment that leaves you feeling fed in many ways

The Spiral of Transformative Change: A Liberatory Approach to Racial Equity
Our foundational racial equity workshop designed to invite people into a deepened understanding of structural racism and racial equity. The series covers:

• Being in Right Relationship - Trauma, Power, and Accountability: An opportunity to integrate a racial equity and a trauma lens into our collective efforts towards healthier group dynamics and accountability practices. This is a foundational framework for holding courageous conversations about structural oppression, our individual and collective survival strategies, and the healing needed to truly build a path towards thriving and liberation.
• Our Stories, Our History: An exploration of our personal and collective histories tailored to deepen our understanding of history and the patterns in policies, practices, and propaganda that uphold structural racism and oppression.
• Understanding Structural Racism: An introduction to shared language and frameworks for understanding the mechanisms of structural racism and oppression as well as how we continue advancing racial equity strategies to disrupt, resist, and reimagine.​

Tailored Workshops and Public Speaking
Our team offers many kinds of workshops, retreats, and trainings based on the facilitation and consulting needs of your group. These can include culture transformation work, strategic planning, team building, and courageous conversations. Marisol Jiménez is also available for speaking engagements in the areas of movement work, equity, healing and trauma, immigrant justice and advocacy.

Coaching
The coaching relationship is an opportunity for you to create space for yourself to process out loud and with a witness as you move through your own discernment and values alignment. Together we begin to identify the places where you shine the brightest, and paradoxically, cast your longest shadows. What would you like to strengthen? Where are you still growing your self-awareness? And what practices can you adopt to move more intentionally and powerfully towards your own healing and liberation in ways that deeply contribute to your work and the collective? Coaching can be offered as a one-time conversation or over a longer term as needed.
